This place/building is not it!

Pros

Front of the building and the garbage area stays cleaned

Cons

If you’re looking to live with infestation of roaches, galore black mold, mices, sometimes no water pressure or water being cut off without no noticed, no heat, rude, racist, completely disrespectful, fraudulent active when it comes to your rent coming from certain employee(s) from management, one of the owners that’s is the landlord and the appointed lawyer when they take you to court & is the sales agent too and now the higher up in management now can stamp their papers as they are the notary for the many buildings they barely manage correctly.. if you are looking to consistently call 311 for the same violations then get the situation fixed “half ass” or “cover up” jobs this the building for all that, even when you complain to Management it takes him a very long time to get things done even half ass, if you’re looking to like get a replacement stove and or refrigerator get ready because They’ll give you a used one that’s just about to break down and that has roaches and it’s dirty given to you. If your ready to be lied on or not listen to by management or owner/landlord this the place for you. The two owners/landlords that some people know about one is kind, courteous and respectful, the other one that got the slick back hair, wears jewelry, wears very expensive suits watch out he’s also the lawyer that takes you to court! Tenants also tired of being threatened with eviction and it was totally ridiculous the amount of tenants that was being evicted during the hard-hit of the pandemic when rent was on a freeze and everything was just about shut DOWN!!!

Advice to the owners

To the one gentlemen that comes to his properties every so often but is really here when the building & apartments have to go through city inspections sometimes it’s like he’s like “what the heck?! Why does my unit/ properties look like this?!, this is not how I operate business nor treat tenants” but I’m gonna assume he’s sort of retired. “Oh and the disgusting racist disrespectfulness coming from certain employees gotta honestly be STOPPED cause it’s been happening for years to MELANATED TENANTS ESPECIALLY THE WOMEN AND CHILDREN!.
