Great experience when I lived here pre-pandemic

Clean common spaces, trash rooms on every floor emptied out frequently, friendly doormen + women.

Cons

Was advertised as 24/7 doorman building but there was not always coverage on weekends

Roaches and smokers

Pros

Location, front door people are great, super is helpful and nice

Cons

Building management sucks - there are roaches and smokers who are destroying quality of life - don’t move here, don’t pay them rent

Advice to the owners

Stop the smoking, actually deal with your rodent infestation you slum lords
