Great building but super noisy
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is beautiful with great doormen! The apartments are super spacious and the fitness center and pool are an added bonus.
Cons:
Unfortunately, it's in a super loud location. With a fire department one block north, the street is also buzzing with sirens. Additionally, you will hear drilling all day every day as only 1 unit is allowed to do apartment upgrades at a time and there is always someone doing work.
