Great Unit, Building is not so great

Pros:
I thought the space itself was beautiful. Good amount of windows, equal size rooms, W/D in unit.
Cons:
No het and hot water when it started to get cold. Was a period of 4 months we had it on and off. No one has the same keys so always an issue with the doors, building is not maintained, management company and super are not responsive
