The landlord is in the building, so things like heating, pests, garbage, etc are very easy to handle. I did not have many issues with them or their handling of the condition of the apartment.
They are charging a very high price for fairly ridiculous units. Manhattan shoebox is very literal. Two windows, both narrow. No light in the bedroom. Lots of noise issues due to the thin walls.
