Didnt hate it, didn’t love it
Pros
It was pretty modern apartment, like the finishes. Area was okay. i didn’t feel unsafe or ever had any issues walking around in the area or being bothered.
Cons
The building was very outdated and the ceiling was falling in the entryway to the building after heavy rain. Packages would get stolen. As a female, the Super sometimes made me feel very uncomfortable.
Advice to the owners
Update the inside of the building

No gas, stolen electricity, no working outlets, leaking sink, mold under sinks, roaches and bugs
