Decent Place to Live

Pros

The location is great, laundry in building. The machines occasionally malfunction but there is a laundromat across the street that is pleasant to use.

Cons

They need to be better at renovating the hallway and maintaining the trash. The trash outside the building entry can get pretty messy.
