Can hear everything
Pros
They have a nice gym. Some of the security guards are cool.
Cons
They lie to get you in. There is no mail service here, so you have to wait until USPS gets there on certain days during certain hours and they keep changing the days. The staff tend to be rude and lie, so you have to get everything in writing or else they will say they didn't say that. Including trying to push your moving time even though you booked that spot in writing. They are quick to give out noise violations to CERTAIN people that they know won't fight back. But, let other people be rowdy and loud. They also have PAPER THIN WALLS I can hear EVERYTHING from kids running through the halls on the floor above us. To conversations from neighbors in the hall. I can hear the elevator ding,open and close. They say pet friendly, but they are not. If you have a larger pet they will discriminate. They also try to stop your occupants on the lease from getting your package or even their own. I forgot to mention they had a catipillar problem and they were EVERYWHERE in the lobby.
Advice to the owners
Put insulation in the walls. You can't give noise violations and did nothing to stop noise from coming out the apartments or coming in.
