Pros
Quiet, huge for what you get, management is responsive during M-F 9-5, laundry in building (only 1 washer and 1 dryer so timing is key)

Great deal and location
Pros
- Around the corner from the 6 and close to central park - Hug windows with deep windowsills - Laundry in basement, takes credit card - Management company is responsive when you report maintenance issues. - super is nice and helpful
Cons
- Management company was a little rude when discussing new leases with a new roommate. - Not a ton of counter space or closet space in living room - They require rhino regardless of income (We have always made over 40X rent). Its kinda a rip off.
