Pros:
The apartments themselves are nice-looking, (c) openigloo but most furnishings, amenities, and (c) openigloo appliances have significant wear and (c) openigloo it takes effort to get (c) openigloo them replaced. Some of the (c) openigloo wear is dangerous (think smells (c) openigloo of gas, burning rubber, unsecured (c) openigloo floorboards in outdoor spaces, smoking (c) openigloo treadmills, etc.), and some should (c) openigloo just be expected from a (c) openigloo 10 year old building (cabinets (c) openigloo falling off hinges, faucet knobs (c) openigloo falling midst-bath, etc.).
Overall would be (c) openigloo a nice place to live (c) openigloo and even "luxurious" if the (c) openigloo landlord would do minimal upkeep.
Cons:
MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE.
There is so (c) openigloo much potential here, yet the (c) openigloo landlord is impossible to speak (c) openigloo with and the building manager (c) openigloo is abrasive. For the life (c) openigloo of most tenants at the (c) openigloo time of this review, we (c) openigloo cannot understand why the landlord (c) openigloo employs her given that we (c) openigloo all escalate things directly to (c) openigloo him at this point.
As mentioned (c) openigloo in earlier pros - everything (c) openigloo needs an update essentially but (c) openigloo good luck getting the building (c) openigloo manager to agree.
Advice to owner:
Get a new property manager.
