Loved our stay but have to make adjustments

Pros:
'Private' rooftop area only accessible by top floor tenant Washer/dryer in unit Management was responsive Electronic payments
Cons:
Rooftop area is connected to neighbouring buildings which isn't too safe Top floor room has full-length windows - set up curtains + make sure doors are all locked Staircase is more narrow than usual - make sure to check that your furniture can fit Subway can be kind of loud, no-go if you are sensitive to sound

Nice new 2015 built building, easy portal for maintenance amazing maintence crew for the trash and lobby !!
Cons:
bad and untimely with emergencies. first floor pests rats in and around dumpsters

Pest issues seemed to be handled haphazardly at times. Rent went up like crazy after the first year
