Great location, near Costco
Bedbug infestations since 2021. Google 'dap portal by ANHD' and navigate to the portal; enter the address; and look under 'HPD violations'. They have a habit of not reporting annually. A neighbor said the whole building should be treated. The Super speaks nicely but is a huge prick, and worse, where it counts, very incompetent. Roaches at night. Thin walls and floor. Nosy Co-op board member.
