It’s a Quiet area

Cons

He doesn’t fix anything. He makes fake court documents to try and scare money out of tenants. He solicited sex from tenants (not me) and had the building wiring all connected to my apt. The building was in a fire and he didn’t properly build it back correctly. He has many violations that can be checked out and you will see for yourself this man is not to be trusted
