It's not worth the price

The only thing great are the finishes, and only if you have the renovated unit, as well as the neighborhood.
Cons
Very little to no communication with the building management team. This complex is cockroach infested, most likely from all the unhygienic people who lives here. Elevators seems to be unmaintained for a long time. The thru-wall air conditioning units are inefficient and will eat up your electricity bill to an absurd amount; close to $350! The exhaust in the kitchen area is blowing warm unconditioned air, not satisfying building code to extract warm air, moisture, and odor. The only exhaust that is actually working is in the bathroom, and so I have to leave the bathroom door open at all times. Because of this, especially during the hot tempered months, I have the use the A/C to feel somewhat comfortable in my living space. It's truly a glorified social housing complex with merely cosmetic work. Overall, you're only paying for the neighborhood.
Advice to the owners
Hire competent/qualified staff to manage this complex.

Cons
Excessive smoking throughout the building. No ventilation, mold in the full bathroom, cigarette butts on the balconies, broken laundry machines/ dryers, water stands on the sidewalk after rain, cockroaches throughout the buildings & rates in the building entrances.
Advice to the owners
Hire a responsive professional management & complete the work orders. Treat all tenants equally!
