Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews for buildings managed by Chris Bansil indicate a promising location but significant management issues. While tenants appreciate the vibrant neighborhood and some amenities, common complaints include poor cleanliness, pest control issues, and unresponsive management. Many renters noted that maintenance requests often go unaddressed, leading to dissatisfaction with living conditions. Additionally, noise levels from nearby streets can be disruptive. Although some positive remarks highlight friendly neighbors and certain responsive staff, the overall sentiment suggests that potential renters should carefully consider management reliability alongside the attractive location before committing.

Reviews

Former tenant·29 seconds ago

Great location bad management

Pros

The location is nice some many shops and nice pizza place

Cons

Bad maintenance guy. Painted over water spots instead of fixing the problem.

Former tenant·4 days ago

Not worth it for the price

Pros

Location is great for the east village. Easy to get to many restaurants and bars. The rooftop has a great view of the city.

Cons

Small rooms, no living room, and a wasp nest buried right outside the apartment made living difficult at times. Having a street facing unit means LOUD weekends and noise isolation through the windows is negligible.
