Clean but creepy and noisy

Cons
Owner didn't require a lease when I was there, so I was at the mercy of the most senior tenant. The noise from the stoplight corner is insane (lots of big trucks getting off the RFK, idling at the light, then their hitches catching and beds bouncing as they get going again). No mailbox either; you had to get your mailbox from the owner's soccer club on the ground floor, which always felt creepy to walk into as a young woman with all the old men staring at you and feeling like you had to play nice with the owner (since we didn't have a lease).
Advice to the owners
Use leases, make it legal.
