big living space, nice location, neighbors are normal

Cons

apartment was still pretty dirty when we moved in, the trash room in the basement is disgusting—people will leave their trash at the top of the stairs to the basement because they don’t want to take it down there and i honestly don’t blame them; no matter how much you clean it’s still dusty

actually clean before your tenants move in, figure out the trash situation
