Great place to live
Pros
Lived here 3 years, rent was raised an appropriate amount each year, live-in super is very responsive and helpful. Only leaving because after three years they are raising the rent to just out of my budget!
Cons
Nothing really. Unit itself isn't crazy but you are paying for location and it's pretty sizable for what it is

Central spot for easy access to the rest of manhattan!
Pros
So close to many subway stops! 2 minutes to ACE and the 1/2, 5 minutes to the F, 10 minutes to the L! Across the street from Whole Foods and a 9 minute walk to the Trader Joe’s.
Cons
No dishwasher, but that’s not very common anyway.
