Pros:
This building is towards the back of the development so it's quieter than other sections of Spring Creek. The porter keeps the building clean. The rooms are large, with great closet space, and most apartments in this building have a balcony with decent views. Parking is priced well. Haven't had any pest issues in the 25 years living here. And it's a good location for shopping at Gateway Mall, there's a neighborhood shopping center, the Greenway along the belt is easy to access and now the Shirley Chisolm state park provides great access to park space and it's on the Jamaica Bay so the water is beautiful to look at.
Cons:
The new management company isn't as responsive. They're using cheaper materials in the apartments for repairs.

A bit getto and in a bad area. Not the most safest spot to live in

Worst neighbors the Irrizarry’s

Pros:
Neighbors aren’t on the lease having smoking problems loud noises violent people living inside of that apartment I am sure rent is not being paid
Cons:
Tenants are rude loud obnoxious always have garbage solicitations outside the apartment smoking ashes left outside people living inside of that apartment isn’t on the lease kick those bums out

Check rent statements investigate inside apt 4c building G2

Pros:
The apartments are spacious
Cons:
I do not like that it takes long to contact management , The laundry room needs more machines ( there are 6 working machines and 4 dryers there are 17 floors in the building with about 8 Apartments on each floor , you do the math an see if that makes sense )
Advice to owner:
The Property owner needs to do their job more sufficiently it appears that she does not and I have been hearing the same thing from numerous tenants since the day that I have moved in . If you don't want to do your job, step aside and let someone do it that wants to work.
