Great corner building

Pros

Very friendly neighbors, walls between apartments are basically soundproof, nice roof with great view, excellent location (2/3, promenade, cadman plaza), renovated interiors around 2017 or so, kind and responsive super

Cons

The super is awesome, but overworked. For little or urgent things he’s quick to respond and fix, but larger non-urgent problems (eg appliance replacement) can take a very long time because the owners are extremely slow to respond.

Perfect for families

Pros

Feels very safe. No pest problems. Super is awesome. Spacious apartment.

Cons

Windows haven’t been replaced so some rooms are extremely cold. Had to buy an electric heater. Owner won’t fix issue. Also there’s no laundry.

Advice to the owners

Replace old windows.
