spacious apartments with a lot of light!
Pros
-the rooms are MASSIVE -lots of great natural light -only 4 units in the building so not cramped -w/d -the management of the actual trash cans is great -a unique building with a cozy feel
Cons
-getting anything fixed is a HEADACHE (some stuff still hasn't been fixed) -the heat went off for long stretched intermittently in the winter -the gutters around the house leak a lot of water so in the warm months you're being dripped on every time you enter the house and in the winter there is ice right on the walkway / steps -the area to the left side of the house is in general very dirty -there is a dog to the left that will bark and aggressively lunge (it is a tight walkway so you will be very close to it) -things seem to break at a pretty quick rate
Advice to the owners
you should take better care of your building + the immediate surrounding area
