Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Eh...........

Pros

Room is decent. And spacious

Cons

Never no heat, never no air... will be 105 in the room and air never goes on. Unless you force the landlord.

Advice to the owners

Listen to your tenants they aren’t exactly just money numbers

Pros

Good neighborhood, Great Neighbors, laundry on premises

Cons

Disrespectful landlord, No air conditioning and does not allow air conditioning, Low water pressure, Black mold under kitchen sink and I suspect behind the walls of the bathroom. Landlord Is also very disrespectful of tenants and doesn’t background check any of the people he puts in the rooms as long as they pay the first months rent and security. One day you can have a great roommate and the next day you can have a homeless drug dealer living next to you.

Advice to the owners

None, it’s a waste of time.
