Nice enough apartment.
Mics inside the apartment. Roaches. Leaky ceilings. Landlord neglects to actually fix anything.
Hire actual professionals!
The view is nice
1. Gang members hang out near the corner. I saw 10 police cars and armed police officers confronted them. 2. Roof leak. 3. They turn off the heat through the winter.
