Repeated Violations and Poor Management Response

Pros

A major advantage of this building is its convenient location. It’s within walking distance of stores and other essentials, which makes daily life much easier and saves time.

Cons

Unfortunately, there have been several ongoing issues. During the coldest winter days, the heat has not worked, and there have been occasional periods without hot water. There have also been recurring pest problems, including roaches and bed bugs on more than one occasion. Management has been largely unresponsive when these concerns were reported. Additionally, noise can be an issue, as neighbors can often be heard yelling.

Advice to the owners

I strongly encourage ownership to prioritize basic living standards. Reliable heat during winter and consistent hot water should be guaranteed. Ongoing pest issues need to be addressed with thorough, building-wide treatment rather than temporary fixes. Improving communication and responsiveness to tenant concerns would also make a significant difference. Investing in maintenance and tenant relations would greatly improve the overall quality of living here. Do better, George Huang!
