Old building with problems. Very slow to fix things.

Rent is cheap In building washer/dryers Elevator Barely hear any neighbors

Cons

Heat is intermittent at best. Expect to use space heaters. Lots of cockroaches (the big ones) both in unit and in the hallways. Used to be worse, but still see one every now and then.
