Solid new building

Pros

New building and washer/dryer in unit for a good price. Floor to ceiling windows are great for flooding the place with sunlight when you need to.

Cons

The walls/doors are fairly thin so you can often hear your neighbor across the hall. The floor to ceiling windows make temperature control a bit challenging.
