Landlord refused to fix heat from October through February
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice apts. Great location.
Cons:
Had no heat and intermittent hot water all winter long. Landlord kept trying $10 fixes for a $3k problem and claimed there was nothing they could do. Family with infant had to move out. Landlord only fixed things after tenant (who was moving out) took them to court.
Advice to owner:
Jaywalk without looking
