RATS, MICE, BUGS, NO SUPER
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is a sweet little family in the house across the street.
Cons:
Rat infestation INSIDE, also mice, flies, water bugs, so many spiders, and other unidentified insects, NO SUPER so nothing gets fixed quickly IF EVER, dark brown water leaking from ceiling vent right onto the toilet so when it rains you can't use the toilet without getting soiled with brown water, no one sweeps or mops the hall (NO SUPER) and garbage piles up and spills over, attracting more rats, keeping the oven on 24/7 is the only way to heat during the winter
Advice to owner:
RAZE THE BUILDING AND START FRESH! RATS HAVE COLONIZED THE WALLS. ALSO, HIRE A SUPER TO ACTUALLY PERFORM BASIC MAINTENANCE, YOU CHEAPSKATE!!! THIS BUILDING IS NOT UP TO CODE!!!
