Exterminator 1x per month, but mice still in walls sagging floor super is non responsive or shows up on your fire escape unannounced building management team is awful landlord is a crook

The bathroom is fine.

Cons

Everything else. I have had mold, mice, broken lightbulbs, no hot water, you name it. The super does not ever respond. I've dialed 311 countless times. it's horrific. avoid living here at all costs, landlord is a slum lord.
