The best location!

Pros

Super easy access to various subway routes. The location is amazing. Great easy going & friendly neighbors. Amazing roof deck with new furniture!

Cons

Occasionally packages are taken, not the buildings fault but people dressed up a UPS drivers.

Advice to the owners

Maybe add a virtual doorman so we can see who is buzzing us from anywhere on our phones!
