- neighborhood has lots of grocery stores nearby - hot water and heat is included

Cons

- management could be more responsive / organized - space is small - hot water woudl randomly turn off multiple times throughout the year while showering - small kitchen counter space

Location and space for the price of rent

Cons

Landlord is not responsive, have had leaking ceiling for years without resolution, mold growing in rooms, rat infestation, heat not on when it’s cold out, forgets to renew lease and then raises rent when reminded (I currently don’t have an active lease) the list goes on…

Fix your shit and be more responsive to tenants
