Major damage and neglect

Pros

The neighbors and location are great.

Cons

They cracked the facade in the back and refuse to properly fix it so now every time it rains, my apparently flooded as did many of the other apartments in the building. The floors are crooked so when it floods from the outside, the entire room floods. They also built a nail salon vent directly across from my window which mixed with the rot in the building walls and caused my roommate and I to have breathing problems.

Advice to the owners

Fix the hole in the façade before it separates from the rest of the building like that apartment building in Brooklyn.

Pretty good building

Pros

Current super is responsive, hallways cleaned once a month, well-lit common areas.

Cons

High turnover of supers. New businesses on ground floor caused significant disruption to quality of life for some neighbors. Hot water is inconsistent at certain times of day.
