Extremely high electric bills, poor heating and insulation
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice layout, gym, roof, high ceilings
Cons:
Management is unresponsive to issues and the rent is far too high given their lack of attentativeness to the issues facing the building. It seems fundamentally poorly designed for heating as well because they claim they need to run the hallway heat on full blast to avoid pipes freezing and bursting in the winter.

Don’t Live Here if You Want Peace and Quiet
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good fixtures and overall layout is good
Cons:
Location is not great: very noisy outside Walls are paper thin and you can hear noise throughout the entire building which has been torture in a studio Multiple neighbors are horribly loud, disrespectful, and selfish. Things get stolen from the hallway including bikes and packages Electric bills are INSANELY high: I paid $270 one month in January even with my air and heat turned off as I was out of town Building management answers calls but has never had solutions to above problems
If you’re looking for something peaceful, don’t live here.
Advice to owner:
Learn how to actually handle tenant requests when they pay thousands of dollars a month in rent
Figure out what is happening with the electric bills and stop passing off general upkeep to tenants
