Good place to live in the UES

Pros

Management is responsive, neighbors are friendly, and apartments are clean, lots of light and rent stabilized

Cons

Being off of 3rd Avenue, there’s more noise than I’ve experienced in other city apartments (mostly sirens)

Best Walk-up Building Landlord I’ve Ever Had

Pros

Building is very well managed and building management (Heller) is super responsive and addresses any issues immediately.

Cons

2nd floor rent control tenants can be kinda kooky (one of them smokes cigarettes all the time). Besides the cigarette smell, not really a con as they’re super nice and mostly keep to themselves.
