Great, simple building to live in

Pros

The neighbors are friendly and quiet. When issues arise management is responsive. For example, our kitchen fan wasn’t working great and they sent a mechanic who not only fixed it but cleaned it out super thoroughly. The entryway and hallways perhaps aren’t pristine but they never feel dirty. Cleaners come to vacuum and mop the halls and wipe down the front doors, but I’m not sure how often.

Cons

Packages can sometimes be stolen from the entrance area. There’s no doorman and it’s common for people to buzz anyone into the building, assuming it’s package delivery workers (which it often is). But I think on occasion the building buzzes in people who are going door to door to take packages.
