Nice building
Pros
Well kept, nice location, in-unit washer/dryer, a/c + heater combo, dishwasher, elevator, trash chute, big windows, Verizon Fios, shared roof space, built-in wardrobe/drawers along bedroom wall, keycode building entry.
Cons
Mice in basement by recycling bins, pipes burst in empty apartment flooding one of the floors in winter (but below mine so my apartment was safe), laundry washer smells like mildew, shared rooftop is on 2nd floor in back of building (not the top of the building), packages unattended in lobby could be taken.
Advice to the owners
Update some of the appliances and address the basement mouse problem more aggressively.
