Tenants generally find buildings managed by Ken Haron well-staffed with friendly and helpful personnel, notably appreciated is the 24-hour doorman service. Cleanliness and garbage management are often rated positively, along with well-maintained common areas. However, some issues persist: occasional slow responsiveness from management, problematic laundry facilities, and inconsistent pest control. Noise and neighbor behavior can vary, with some complaints about disruptive tenants. Rent stabilization is present in some units, which tenants value. Feedback suggests management could improve timeliness in addressing concerns and maintain amenities more reliably to enhance tenant satisfaction.
