Great neighbors, private entrance. Not a terrible size for an apartment, rooms set up well.
Bathroom is literally falling off the back of the building. Big mice problem, heat did not work in winter. Small rooms, one closet for whole place. Owner wanted to scrimp on fixes for serious issues like toilet flooding and a kitchen sink pipe with a hole in it, and squirrels in walls.
