Awful humans running the place

Pros:
Location is close to transportation, restaurants, bars and other local things.
Cons:
Rude super. Owner is backed out of signed agreement. Trash piled up under the windows. No laundry room. “Neighbors” is a loose term for jerks that share a hallway.
