Clean and well maintained building

Pros

Management is quick to respond to any issues with the apartment. I had an issue with the plumbing in the apartment and it was fixed within a week

Cons

Heavy entrance doors and depending on what floor you are on there is a lot of noise from the street that can be heard

Nice Walk Up!

Pros

Building hallways/stairwells were cleaned on a regular basis, neighbors are most respectful and quiet, and the landlord and super are pretty responsive!

Cons

Appliances were a little out-dated but still worked fine!
