Honest feedback for the building
Former Tenant
Pros:
New appliances / washer dryer in unit / south facing
Cons:
- building management takes 2 weeks to respond
- building construction (completed 2021) was thoughtlessly executed. Units (mine and including others): laundry machines would shake the entire unit (did not believe this could happen until it did) // heater broke in January it’s April and still not fixed // Mirror over bathroom wasn’t installed correctly, crashed onto bathroom floor // Windows were not properly sealed // Oven had loose wiring, unable to be used // Refridgerator leaked, caused water damage // Hardwood flooring had dirty wax stains all over and // Building would randomly turn off electricity (even in winter), thereby creating a problem for digital locks (no keys for this building and no backup plans) // No sound insulation -> a group in the hallway? You can hear the whole conversation
- not aware of a unit renewing their lease in 2022 besides the partial owner (who lives in the building)
