Mostly fine, noisy street
Pros
Inside the apartment is pretty nice! Kitchen is decent (although I don't like electric stoves). No real issues. Close to the subway is really nice.
Cons
* Tons of construction noise out front for > 1 year (not owner's fault!) * basement bedroom flooded during heavy rain and was not addressed with appropriate urgency * trash management has been ... erratic * mailbox has been broken for ages and mail just gets dumped in the hallway

Pros
Well maintained building. Friendly neighbors. Great neighborhood . Pretty clean no pest. Rooftop access and laundry in building
Cons
Only one washer/dryer and it’s not that great. The street is pretty noisy but you’ll get used to it. Thin walls
Advice to the owners
Update the washer/dryer. Clear instructions on garbage collection would be great
