Old building, management does not care about the building

Pros

Good location and the neighbors are nice.

Cons

The building's doors do not work. Management only does patchwork on problems in the building. There are pests, roaches, and the building is falling apart.

Advice to the owners

Steer clear of this building. They clearly do not care about maintaining it, and it is not worth the hassle.

Very old building. Incredible location

Pros

Location. This is my favorite block on the upper west side. I never want to leave.

Cons

We have had collapsed ceilings in multiple locations in the apartment. While things were addressed in a timely manner, the integrity of the building is falling apart.
