New renovated apartment was beautiful but landlords ignore tenants
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great apartment with a really nice kitchen and bathroom, it was brand new when I moved in
Cons:
The landlord had his phone disconnect so whenever you called him it would just ring off the hook. He never once answered.
Advice to owner:
Pick up the damn phone

Clean, well-renovated apartments, but not without issues.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was extremely clean, no issues with pests whatsoever. The renovation done on our apartment was legitimately well done for the most part and nothing felt cheap.
Cons:
Neighbors were noisy and disrespectful at times, throwing trash, crab legs, in the stairwell. Blasting music at night. There was a pretty bad issue with packages getting stolen. Management said they were installing cameras but never did. Also, there was a consistent issue with the heat. Sometimes the radiators worked. Other times, they would only turn on once every few hours, leaving the apartment frigid and forcing you to use electric heaters that are both more dangerous and expensive.
Advice to owner:
Fix the heating issue!
