Location is great, apartment was very good size, small, well managed building. Great neighborhood, easy commute if you traveling to city.

Cons

It’s so poorly insulated, you can hear your neighbors sneeze. There are chronic leaks in the building that are interfering with the electrical system and were never addressed. If you have a complaint or something needs to be fixed, the landlord just sends a super to basically tell you to get over it. The landlord won’t do anything and will try to screw you over but isn’t a complete nut job. Document everything.
