Great area, mostly good experience.

Pros

Bagel shop and meat market downstairs are amazing. Food options are extraordinary. Transit is convenient. Roof access is amazing, amazing skyline view.

Cons

Street noise is pretty loud but most of the bedrooms are in the back which is nice. Noise from Parlay downstairs can be unbearable. Very loud bass, difficult to deal with. The manager of Mad For Chicken is kind of rude.

Advice to the owners

Spend more money on repairs to make sure they are done right.
