Nice building, bad location

Building is nice, great roof, and nice doormen

Cons

Strict rules on roof, not great street to walk home alone, and one dog in the building attacked small dogs. Rent raised a lot

Cons

Street noise is not very dampened During the winter, heat is sporadically cranked up it seems. During the summer, the building AC isn’t turned on aside from in the lobby so hallways can get really hot and muggy and it creeps into apartment.
