laundry room is disgustingly dirty garbage everywhere (im constantly calling 311) consistent roach issue management does not care at all stolen packages

This building is in a great location, and the units are a good size and layout. The super is also friendly and responsive.
Cons
I had constant issues with roaches and mice. The garbage room in the building was constantly overflowing, despite numerous outreach attempts to management. I received no help with these issues. To top it off, one day, I came home to my apartment door unlocked and propped open. My oven was pulled out from the wall. Apparently, maintenance had come in without my knowledge and simply left the appliance in the middle of the kitchen, as well as my front door open. This is unacceptable.
