Responsive, caring management
Pros
The building management is very responsive and quickly works to address any issues that arise. The building is well maintained and cared for.
Cons
Our top floor unit becomes extremely hot in the summer and in the winter, the heat is often not sufficient. Our unit is very often cold in the winter. We have come to rely on air conditioning / fans / space heaters. Management has tried to remedy this, but there doesn't seem to be a real solution that doesn't require a complete restructuring of the units.
