Great apartment and location
Pros
- Great location - Good size - Good neighbors - Walkable to most things
Cons
- Washer dryer does not dry, must air dry - Property managers are only responsive when they want to be and will ignore things they don’t want to address - Front area can be loud bc it’s on a busy street

We’re happy here.
Pros
The apartments are beautiful. Ours is rent controlled (but still goes up legal amount every year). People who take care of trash and cleaning are very kind. Very nice street with great neighbors.
Cons
Expensive. Management not always responsive.
